Home Inventory Specialists, LLC will provide you with a detailed list with photographs of the contents of your home, special collection, small business office. We will not detail any items you do not wish to have included. But the more complete the inventory the quicker the insurance company will process your claim.


For the home owner, renter fill our our short survey. This will allow Home Inventory Specialists, LLC to better prepare you a quote. Prior to our arrival .

Home Inventory Specialists, LLC will provide a confidential and detailed list of your content. This will allow you the ability to provide a list of what you own to your insurance company in case of a disaster or problems that may arise with your home or business.

  1. You will get a CD/DVD with a complete listing of your contents.
  2. A printed detailed list with photographs.
  3. With your permission a copy of the CD/DVD will go to your insurance company.
  4. One year free storage in our off site facility, (after one year a small fee will apply).

The above pricing will include 1.5 hours of time on site up to 1200 sq. ft. Above this square footage this include 1 hour per 1000 sq. ft. up to 3500 sq. ft. Call for special pricing over 3500 sq. ft. Additional time will be billed in 15 minute increments at $100.00 per hour.
